Panzer Dragoon and Panzer Dragoon II Zwei Remakes announced

Polish developer Forever Entertainment announces the two remakes in a single text post.

Panzer Dragoon Remake is planned before the end of 2019 with Zwei implied to come at a later date.
No platforms confirmed.

This is one of the most bizarre announcements i've ever seen in this industry. PD is a beloved series so how in the world is it just being randomly announced out of the blue? I'm pretty sure Geoff would've been more than happy to have something like this announced at The Game Awards.
