Yeah i thought that was weird. Im also getting a fair amount of frame drops which surprises me as it doesn't seem like a demanding game graphically. Not too bad but noticeable. Also got a key from that stream so not going to complain too much, enjoying it so far.
After damaging one of my old monitors I've decided to buy myself a new one went for https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B01LWQGIUR/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1 is this a good choice? Only had 1080p ones so hoping this will be a noticeable upgrade.
It's clearly a bug the framerate is not a consistent 10fps it runs at hundreds of fps then drops to 10fps with VRAM usage maxing out my 2080ti going from 3gb to 11gb. What are you talking about

Audio files of Arthur talking to his horse probably take up 10gb of that, but that is his boah, so it's understandable.
I love Ace Attorney games and Picross games, so I am very interested in Murder by Numbers.
Picross genre having a little renaissance here with Picross: Lord of the Nazarick & PictoQuest coming out recently and now Murder by Numbers on the horizon.
I'd rather download once that be at the mercy of google and my ISP.
My Internet connection is not good enough for reliable streaming, so in the future I may migrate back towards buying games on a disc to avoid days/weeks of downloading the files.

What's wrong with that? If the max a dev has supported is 4K/30, that sounds like a dev choice, not Stadia.
There is no real artistic reason to run a game at 30fps (well, there is the one that is due to being too demanding).
I know different opinions and all but this wild to me someone thinking this considering how much I loved the Ezio AC games. They were one of my favorites of last gen.

I can see things to like in something like AC2 and mayyyybe Black Flag, but ultimately they were massive slogs. Their influence on games (and the minimap simulator genre they helped spawn) was a net negative on the industry. Hours and hours of fetch quests and climbing and terrible story. AC3 is obviously the worst though.

Am I a bad person for being bothered that her eyebrow styling is SO the style of the time the game was made, rather than the time the game takes place?
Given infinite power, there is no real reason to run your game at 30 fps (given that a game running at 30fps affect much more than the animations). Heck, if they want to go the "artistic reason" they might as well go 24 fps for cinematic feeling.
Well yeah, flaming swords and compressed geography and out of place linguistics and super monsters and so on and so on. But still...eyebrows.

Google Chrome, heck taking into account it is probably the only device you can easily wire to the internet, it is probably the best experience.
Because the only way to access the Stadia beta (starting this Nov) is buying the preorder pack (EDIT: otherwise you need to wait until next year when it actually launches). Heck, the Stadia box is just a chrome cast!
Basically, it is a soft launch.
