For those just joining us, these weren't permanent discounts. Sony deceived us and didn't set expiry dates on the store, they're back to regular price now.

Note the lack of starting and end dates for the discounts, meaning these are permanent price reductions:

Pretty nice for them to bulk do this. It's not something they often do unless it coincides with a retail rerelease or similar. Some good prices in there, especially since they will presumably be candidates for further discounts in future sales.

I wonder if we'll get any Platinum/Greatest Hits label for PS4 at some point.

How easy is it to get those online-required Gravity Rush 2 costumes? I might blitz GR1 and get around to it if it's doable before the service shut-down.

Digital has really taken off this year I feel on PSN, so many discounts, sales and reasonable prices.

I guess it's €20 in Euros then. The American store did this a while ago and they went down to $20.

Now waiting for the January Sale to get some more off the price.

Great price for Danganronpa Another Episode. Still must play the second part, a friend told me not to play D:AE until I have finished Goodbye Despair because of its huge spoilers.

cool i guess. is assassin's creed syndicate worth picking up? only one i played was ACIII and really couldn't get into it. i think Syndicate was quite well received?

Prey and The Last Guardian it is, will wait till january/feb tho incase a sale happens otherwise i wil get em by then at these prices.

Now waiting on The Evil Within 2 and Wolfenstein 2 next :p

Probably some nudging from Sony to the pubs. Loads of these games have been on sale plenty of times, but always return to that original high price. It was about time some of these titles prices were permanently reduced.

Certainly incentivises going digital if they're going to take more of a Steam approach where older titles actually get good permanent reductions.

At least publishers understand they dont lose much with cheaper digital games. They can only make profit.
