so glad I didn't have to re-download my DLC to get Joker. I'm finally updated with my DLC.
Now can we get some damn home run derby already?

I think he was buffed overall no?Was Corrin's Up B always a decent kill option?
Maybe it has more to do with me practicing this on the Mementos stage, but her Up B definitely doesn't veer me uncontrollably to the point where it was a god damn liability using it for damage
As soon as they showed you can draw in portable mode, I knew the dick stages were coming.Already had the white power OK and dicks crop up within 30 seconds of browsing recommended stages on Smash World. Neat!
NES ROM dumps I guess. When they don't even have dedicated servers for online games (literally still using P2P), one wonders whether it is "going" to anything at all. Lol.
Some thoughts about Joker:
-Gun can be used for recovery as it gives him an invincible air dash every second or so. Doesn't use up his normal airdodge, but it does seem to stale his defensive options like an air dodge would.
-Seems to have about the same movement speed of Marth with a falling speed of Falco.
-Unlike with Ivysaur, his tether up-B does not require him to be facing the ledge in order to connect with it. He can also go past the ledge and still connect his up-B. He can also use it multiple times like Ivysaur.
-Percentage doesn't seem to matter with his down-B charge thing. He can take a Falcon Punch at 100% and still not get knocked out. Seems to be full super armor.
-His dash attack looks literally exactly the same as ZSS's f-smash?
-Jab is frame 4. Not bad for a disjointed move. No multi-jab.
-He does not have a spike unless his Persona is out. Then, his d-air spikes.
-Smashes are rather standard, although up-smash looks like it can cover every tech option on the Battlefield platforms. F-tilt is a nice poke, u-tilt seems to be very disjointed but is totally unsafe on whiff/block, and d-tilt is like Cloud's.
-Most of his aerials are really quick. F-air is frame 7, b-air is frame 6, u-air is frame 5. N-air seems to have like a million active frames. He seems like he'd be very good at edgeguarding.
-Throws are unaffected by his Persona. Seems to have good throws at low percents (u-throw -> u-tilt-> u-air and d-throw -> f-air seem true) but doesn't have any kill confirms or kill throws to speak of.
-He has a wall jump for some reason.
Sounds like Zero's early impression is Joker sucks at killing unless he has Arsene out where he can kill at like 30% with a combo.
nailed it
Pikachu Libre
One thing you learn when get involved in fighting games is that you ignore what pro players think about the game.Sounds like Zero's early impression is Joker sucks at killing unless he has Arsene out where he can kill at like 30% with a combo.
Meta Crystal tho"What would happen if we gave the internet the power to make anything into a smash stage?"
Internet:
I've also seen Loss and 9/11 stages.
Oh I never say those things with the assumption that it's going to hold. I just like to follow the discovery process where the right opinions evolve from the wrong in the early days. One thing you learn when get involved in fighting games is that you ignore what pro players think about the game.
Not saying he's necessarily wrong, but Zero is no stranger to having ill-informed opinions.

This is a good shout in that he reminds me of sheik with actual kill options out of combo.Played joker for a couple of games. Dude just moves everywhere, has sheik speed and has clouds fire power.
