Pretty sure that is refering to a fanmade animal crossing island designer app. Not the actual switch game. They have a GOOG rating which seems to be for Google Play apps.

It's really happening, isn't it? Oh boy, that would be fantastic! Love what Xbox is doing recently when it comes to japanese games. It's really the only remaining weakness that the platform has, but that slowly changes. So excited!

MSFT does relate to a "Self-Published" rating for the Microsoft Store. But it's unsure what this rating is related to.
When further confirmation that the rating is indeed a placeholder for P5, I'll re-open the thread.
