I really need to upgrade my body, just going to ISO 800 makes my photos a noisy mess and yours still looks amazing.

Anybody know how to get this effect? I've tried layering two images and just lowering the opacity of the top one but it's not giving me the look i want.

I decided to invest on lenses first and then save up for a body :P

Those are good lenses. Get a full frame though to take advantage of the depth of field...and actually use them at the proper focal lengths.

That is beautiful.

I purchased a Nikon 85mm 1.8G about a month ago with it's primary use being portraits and my kids sports. Today was the first day I was able to really test it in bad indoor lighting and I am very impressed. This is a heavily cropped photo (if only I could afford a 70-200mm f/2.8G) but I am really happy with the results.
