I like it. I reckon the speed of the SSD will play the biggest role in their marketing, and that's a good tagline for it. No more waiting times!
It's based on this video from 2 months ago. Nothing to do with PS5 in particular.
Edit: That tagline has been on their Twitter for over 2 months as well. Quite embarrassing for websites to make articles on this "leak", only takes a few minutes of research to debunk it. Anything for clicks these days I guess.

The promo video that Sony released back in November was called "It's time to play". Anyone could have predicted that this would be their mantra going forward.
From the wayback machine its been that way since early November last year when the above commercial was release, gonna count it as nothing.
"Sony will return to E3 for 2020"The "leak", can't really take this seriously considering Sony decided to skip E3 yet this post says they'll be there 🤔
Sony not being at E3 is all a swerve. As Microsoft is unveiling their first Xbox Series X games this music interrupt them and Sony will make its way down to the stage.
