Playstation Sharing can add banners to shares now? (Street Fighter V shares now have an ad banner for CE)

Just saw this on my feed today. While it's common to see Copyright Information and the like added to a video or picture. This is the first time I've ever seen a whole banner added before the shared video even begins to advertise something.

In this case I actually don't mind it, since the CE is a good deal and it's an easy way to get people into the game. But I'm just wondering if this is a new occurrence or if I've just been missing similar ads in the past on shares.

You don't see the banner in the first second of the video or you've seen this before and it's nothing out of the ordinary?

I hope this isn't the new norm...

It's in the game. You can choose to have ads on the loading screens for extra fight money. It's been in the game for more than a year
