Welcome back! NBA 2K20, Borderlands 3, and FIFA 20 topped last month's PS4 charts, but our old pals Minecraft, Madden, and Final Fantasy VIII Remastered had great months, too. Note: Monster Hunter World: Iceborne landed in the DLC / Expansions chart, but we crunched the numbers and found that it would have taken the #4 spot if it had been included in the PS4 list.

There was a flurry of activity on PlayStation Store last month with multiple new releases jostling for position. In the end, it was FIFA 20 that took the trophy for most downloaded game on PS4's digital storefront in September, just beating out Gearbox's sci-fi looter-shooter Borderlands 3.

I feel bad, but at the same time, I would've bought it if I had any confidence it would run even close to passably on my base PS4. All the bad performance impressions scared me the hell off from getting a copy.

So happy to see all the gambling talks around 2k really helped move the needle for people to not go out and buy it in droves.
