Definitely Ricky Spanish. It's not just the character, the whispered 'Ricky Spanish' with the slow motion shots just makes the persona perfect.

There are a lot of good ones. Especially with how many second and third tier characters that they consistently use exist. But I think I almost always enjoy Steve's storylines. Especially when his friends are involved. I didn't think that going into this thread but the posts in this thread made me think it.
