No. I usually have everything shipped to my office.

I'm not really sure what they can do. If they still have stock for a replacement they might ship it to you.

They can probably file a claim with insurance up to $50 bucks and maybe reimburse you. I've heard their customer service went way downhill this year, and it's the holidays, so probably just stay on top of it but don't get wild if it isn't immediate.

I only have his Hamilton print, but I think it looks very nice. I'd imagine it depends on the quality of the printing. Having worked with his stuff directly as well (I did the lettering on the Hamilton print) I was surprised with how much layering there actually is in that smoky stuff he gravitates toward. I think there's more depth in the printed product.
