PopERA |ERA1| 2019 and the Domination of the Fifth Hews

That's kind of a problem with all my faves, they all have terrible names for their fanbases: Camilizer, Avatar, Selenator, Arianator :(

Why can't they all be normal and elegant (IMO) like Swifty, Angels, Lovatic :(
I cringe whenever I hear "Lovatics". She should have gone for something better like "Demons"

Anyway... it's time for:

Song Of The Year

As usual, the main objective for this category was for everyone to pick different songs, so as to showcase the diversity in 2018's music. So, instead of a tradtitional top 10, the results have been compiled into a neat playlist that I'm sure EVERYONE will listen to. Enjoy over 3 hours of pop excellence (?).

Sometimes I wonder how these people became famous. And then I remember who is in the WH and just fuck off for a while at the stupidity of it all.

Ah so those are from a week after Elon's 420 tweet and her saying she was at Elon's house waiting for them or whatever. Did she just post these old IMs?

Crazy

Thank you Decarabia for your work on the poll. I enjoyed it and have listened to the playlist, finding some new songs I enjoyed. I vote for Honey for my AOTY, so yay! I don't love every song, but the ones I do I REALLY love and have listened to more last year than most other songs. I was dancing to her back when I was going to clubs in my 20s (Show Me Love, Do You Know), so she'll always have my interest and it's nice to see she still has other's as well.

Charli XCX is the undisputed Pop Queen of Pop Era
Its amazing, and sad at the same time. Because I think to the casual mainstream audience, she's a hew. Like on New year's day, my sister came by and we watched Taylor Swift's Reputation on Netflix. When Charli and Camila were up, she asked me who the girl was. I said Charli XCX, and she was like "who's that?".
I -

Me reading WaffleTaco's list
Justin Timberlake's Man of the Woods over Robyn's Honey?

Also, Chris Brown has been arrested in Paris on suspicion of rape.
Man of the Woods has bops while being very average. Robyn has only a few good songs while being average. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I also have Sophie at the bottom of the list lol
