    ResetEra Privacy Policy

    ResetEra, LLC operates the website and provides its users with access to an on-line message board (the “services”).

    This page is used to inform both registered users and non-registered visitors to ResetEra of our policies and procedures for the collection, use, and disclosure of certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your name, phone number, and postal address (“Personal Information”).

    If you choose to use the services, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation with this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the services. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

    The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our User Agreement [], unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy. Where the Privacy Policy and User Agreement conflict, the User Agreement will control.

    Children and ResetEra

    ResetEra is for people over the age of 13. ResetEra does not knowingly collect any personal information from people under the age of 13. If you are aware that a user under the age of 13 is accessing ResetEra, please let us know at [email protected]. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with Personal Information, we shall delete this from our servers as soon as practicable. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
