It's fast, I will see only a few times on the whole gen tho.

Those were in Russian, these are in English lol. But yeah, they sadly don't show anything new.Aren't these the same leaks from before the UI reveal? I feel like we keep seeing the same thing or maybe I'm going crazy
This was from a devkit and way slower, it was like 22s IIRC.Aren't these the same leaks from before the UI reveal? I feel like we keep seeing the same thing or maybe I'm going crazy
It's the same 12 second boot video from the thread that got locked earlier
There's that jeff grubb video circling around. It booted in like 8 seconds. But we're talking like 2 second differences. Pretty much even.Very impressive!
Series X cold boot time was 10-12 seconds If I recall correctly. So comparable.
I really hope I can have it load directly into my account, so you don't have to press the PS button all the time.

I thought the last info we had on Series X cold boot time was around 20 sec: https://www.resetera.com/threads/xb...end-and-full-shutdown-jeff-grubb-vids.296558/There's that jeff grubb video circling around. It booted in like 8 seconds. But we're talking like 2 second differences. Pretty much even.
Given the number of power outages I seem to get, I will see it often enough.
Intetesting!Check on YouTube. Maybe they have improved it with a patch and the 20 sec boot was older firmware.
Hopefully it stays that way in years from now but there's always firmware bloat and SSD fragmentation
