Recently, new measures have been taken by the government reducing taxes for gaming-related electronics. Most people were questioning if the IPI cut would translate for cheaper prices for the consumers or if the companies would be greedy enough to just absorb it.
Microsoft also reduced the prices for the Xbox Series X (R$4999 to R$4599) and Series S (R$2999 to R$2799) last week.
I guess gaming in Brazil has become a tad bit less expensive now ;)
