Marie Smog, an ex-employee of Quantic Dream, sent more information about the company's moves on Twitter.
It contains new information about the current state of the proves against QD, while sharing other sensitve data to the French influencer and ex-journalist Julien Chieze:
After those tweets, she responded to a user saying that Mediapart and Le Monde are waiting for the trial's date, so in that case, they can't talk about it any further.
Some other employees were supposedly rejected when that wasn't the case.
Thanks to Yep for bringing this up in the old thread, the translation is a bit rough but it's clearly enough to keep the conversation going at this point.
*UPDATE:
Marie recently replied to Julien and gave a perfect summary of what's happening...

Hello Julien,
I'm one of the victims in the Quantic Dream case.
Maybe will you accept to meet us?
On 5 procedures, Quantic Dream lost 3 and 2 another are in-going.
1 harassement accusation is under investigation since June 2017.
The right defender do auditions since few months.
A reminder to the law has been issued for non-public homophobic insult, process publicly available.
We have complete judgments made in January 2018 which dismiss Quantic Dream.
The lawyer defending 3 employees has been rejected by his superior on his fee request.
Threatened, under pressure, they got conventional break.
One of us has been accused of serious misconduct, 3 days before the conventional break interview.
Another employee has been accused of serious misconduct less than 15 days after complaining
(2017-12-21) audience lasted 2 hours when the same day, 10 files has been done in 2 and half hours.
Advisors has been shocked by Nazis montage on Hitler, or other racists, insulting, pornographic contents.
For information, a new decision will be made half September 2018, which i don't doubt it will be the 4th loss for Quantic Dream.
Quantic Dream did not hesitate to sue them for data theft, amounting few millions euros.
Placed in custody, the informatic tools have been raided then given back after 3 weeks, because there was no proof.
Seized property have been given back, it seems obvious that we can wait or do no further action.
Police sources consider them whistleblowers.
But some of them considered suicide or giving up.
After those tweets, she responded to a user saying that Mediapart and Le Monde are waiting for the trial's date, so in that case, they can't talk about it any further.

- 5 lawsuits
- QD lost 1
- 1 case is in a tie-in situation (a Judge will have to make the final verdict)
- 1 decision due to mid-sept. 2018
- 2 cases lost by both QD and the ex-employees, one employee is appealing (the other one decided to move on), QD is not.
- On these 5 lawsuits, 4 terminations of the employment contract (may 2017) and one dismissal for serious misconduct (July 2017)
- 1 reminder of the law for non-public insults aggravated by reason of sex or sexual orientation
It is important to understand that "débouter" in (French) legal term is "losing a lawsuit" in everyday language, and sometimes both parties are dismissed (both lose).
The conclusion is that Quantic Dream has so far lost all procedures (3/5).
Quantic Dreams Accusations of data theft against ex-employees has been closed without further actions.
Several months after their leave (2 may 2017) and the beginning of their labor court procedure, the company filled a claim (27 July 2017)
This claim allowed to place in audition the ex-employees (5-6h) and in custody (10h), but to make a search on their hardware 1 and half month before their labor court. Some of them are still affected by these events.
Today [Yesterday], QD has once again been condemned by the industrial court. On 5 lawsuits they lost 4, the 5th one being [in the hands of a Judge since the tribunal members (employees or elected employer within their company) were not able to reach an agreement.]
