Do you have any facts or figures to back this statement up or is it just a feeling in your gut?
Steam has ten times the features the Blizzard and Epic Games launcher have but they are both still extremely successful and will only get bigger.

You need a launcher for every big publisher's games, I don't want a dozen launchers on my PC to play all my games. I need a way to access all of my games in one app.
The 'no Steam no buy' movement is one of the cringiest in gaming.
Because if the want me to buy their games then they gotta put it in a service that doesn't casually leak personal information.
You can have 30% more game content or the game could be cheaper because no more 30% of the game money going to Valve.
You're arguing it's dumb people are mad about something that's bad for them...?
HAHAHAHAHAH oh wait you're serious bender.gifYou can have 30% more game content or the game could be cheaper because no more 30% of the game money going to Valve.
Don't hold your breath. You should know better. It ain't gonna be.
That's not how game development works, and any publisher was always able to generate infinite Steam keys and sell them without giving a single cent to ValveYou can have 30% more game content or the game could be cheaper because no more 30% of the game money going to Valve.
I have no idea what you mean about Steam being chosen for the customer base though.
Is this sarcasm? It's gotta be, right? You can have 30% more game content or the game could be cheaper because no more 30% of the game money going to Valve.
Detail for "can" and "could". But of course you didn´t read that.
Looks like I'll be skipping Rage 2. I was very interested in it, but I'll just play something else.
Tell me how this is impossible.

How about you shut the fuck up and read the thread you mongrel? What, suddenly PC gamers don't love the open platform philosophy of PC and not being tied to a single walled garden like those pesky consoles?

They want 100% of the $60. They don't want slightly more money, they want all of it.
I feel like y'all would defend a client that kills your cat and blows up your PC when booting a game just so you can make some anti-Steam shitposts

They could give me a lifetime worth of free games. Doesn't mean that I should ever consider it as something that is within the realms of possibility.Uh? Thats what I said. They want it all, but can or could make 30% more games for the same $60 now that there is no more 30% going to Valve. Not saying that they will.
I don't think I ever defended GOG noI mean you defend a company that capes for bigoted devs and allows the most toxic members of the gaming community to flourish. Sooo... maybe some introspection is needed on your part?
Im just afraid of hearing stories how I cannot deinstall it like fallout 76Very saddened by the No Steam no buy crowd.
Competition is good for everyone. Monopoly is not.
