The crouch spam is easy to fix, you simply don't allow any more keypresses to register for the duration of the animation. So basically they need to get rid of animation canceling for everything but reload imo. (And even that is questionable if you want a real tactical shooter.) Cuz let's face it, in real life if you cancel a reload half way through the magazine is gonna fall out of your rifle because you didn't secure it or you're going to jam, or your chamber is gonna be empty, etc... Same thing for wiggle/lean spam, force the animation to finish before reading anymore lean inputs and maybe force an ADS cancel between leans as well.
A second operation health might not be such a bad idea if they look for way to tighten up the tactical gameplay a bit more while not changing it too much at the same time. Siege needs a balance of the two to draw big crowds and keep the game population healthy.
