Not even sure man, I'm sure you need a internet connection or something. In the video she is walking on the street so maybe she is using a hotspot from her phone to her switch.

Nah, she's shown playing with attached controllers on her phone (using cellular data) or on the Switch presumably with the restaurant's wi-fi connection.

I always thought it would make sense for everyone. The consoles get a huge library boost. Valve gets to put their stuff on new platforms.

Sorry, it could come to a switch. In the video the girl is playing on a switch. So it is possible. They just maybe didn't add switch to that list?
