"I went to the hospital today," he says. "You know, getting ready to pack for this tour. i just want to let everybody know I was in the hospital — not due to any drugs — but I guess I ate too many Hot Cheetos and I guess it ripped something in my stomach open, so I puked a little blood.."

The caption reads, "Just wanna let everyone know that I'm good, healthier then I've ever been and ready to kick of my third Tour in NY ina couple days ! Also be careful, Hot Cheetos are one hell of a drug aha."

Hot Cheetos are a curious mix of enriched corn meal, vegetable oil, Flamin' Hot Seasoning, salt, sugar, monosodium glutamate, yeast extract, citric acid and artificial color. With 10 grams of fat per serving, it could wreak havoc on the stomach — depending on how many are consumed.

I threw up flamin hot Cheetos when I was a kid. Haven't ate them since. My puke was red, but that was from the seasoning not blood. Perhaps it was the same case for Xan

10 g fat per serving shouldn't have much of anything to do with messing with your stomach.

Edit: Unless he ate like 10 servings. But even then, I don't know how that would make a difference.

Man everytime I hear something like that I wonder if my colon/stomach is made of iron. No food, no matter how spicy or fast foody has given me exploding shits or flaming shits.

I've eaten a lot of fllamin hot cheetos throughout my life and have never had any issues with them maybe he got a sensitive stomach or something.

Wasn't this the kid that got punked out by some high schoolers over bad-mouthing Tupac or some shit like that? I think that is the only thing I recognize him from

Ate a whole bag when I was a kid and shit straight atomic red fireballs. I was on the toilet for at least an hour and thought I was dying and bleeding out. Another time I ate an entire bag and rubbed my eyes and got red dust all over them.

Never went to the hospital for them though
