Last holiday, a new Nintendo game called "EclairCity" was rated by the IARC. We have no details, other than it will feature "mild violence". As far as I could find, it wasn't rumored by anyone. Given how it was rated 4 months ago, the game is probably done and Nintendo is just sitting on it now. It's safe to say it's either a low budget/low key Switch/3DS Eshop game.
