Sure I waiting in line longer that i would ride KingDa KA At Six Flags back in 05 but it was almost 6 stacks!!

SRSLY OP. How much did you owe for the last five years?

Especially since this is just for tickets from before 2013.

Monday marks the last day for the PPA ticket amnesty program. For a $50 fee, any unpaid parking ticket received before 2013 is forgiven as long as tickets received in the last five years are paid in full.

First of all the PPA is a shithole of a organization that preys on the little guy. Look at the old Parking Wars show. That shit was for real.

Second look at the video in the link. Notice a trend? I'm not saying I'm just saying.

And it was more lile 8 racks but I had to dispute some and pay the rest. Parking tickets never expire and some of these are from like 15+ years ago. I played the game with them like they did with me. When I was in tech school I would park on the street and forget to feed the meter and when I racked up enough tickets I would change the plates or sell the car. Its all game.

Loophole 1. You can not lose your license or go to jail for parking tickets, moving violations only.

Also. Both traffic court and the parking authority are some of the most corrupt entities in the state. Growing up here in Philly only the "good ole boys" got the perks and the hook ups. My team broke that mold. To be fair this was years ago (pre kids) I'm not reckless like this anymore.

I don't judge. I've paid nearly 1k myself just parking at the train station trying to get to work. Not enough spaces for the people living in the area that commute and folks sometimes park on the side when there's no available marked spots.

Not blocking traffic. Not impeding anything but near the end of the month those that park like that get a 75$ ticket. Thankfully enough people complained and they don't ticket if a car isn't blocking traffic anymore. Was just a shitty cash grab.

Operation: Live Stop ( 2002 ) they (the city) were stealing cars for nothing cause they were broke. I just got back from the navy and didn't know the new rules about some stupod yellow stick. A suspended license and $2500 later I stopped giving a fuck.

Stop and Frisk and " the soda tax " are also wins for the beast.
