Era loooves its Xenoblade 2. My second favorite game of the year.Xenoblade 2 top 10?
I, mean, I agree, but it's still surprising.
2017 was an insane year.
It's those features of a trash port that made it the best PC game. Lmao.
Xenoblade Chronicles 2 is freaking fantastic. I love it so much. Nearly skipped it, but I'm so glad I tried it. Full thoughts in my Top Five: https://www.resetera.com/posts/3544657
I'm intrigued by Divinity. It just looks... very complex. I imagine it's quite manageable in practice, though?
I liked 2 more.
Splatoon 2 beat PUBG.
ARMS beat Injustice 2.
Nier won best PC Game.
I mean I knew Era schewed hard towards a certain segment but my god...
It was fixed, just.... not by Square-Enix, lmao.
It's those features of a trash port that made it the best PC game. Lmao.
I was just so disappointed with Uncharted 4 I didn't even pick it up.Happy with the list but hoped Lost Legacy places higher. I don't know if this means that ERA is moving on from the Uncharted series altogether.
I played it! Got one point from me, which is pretty good since twin-stick shooters aren't my genre at all. But Nex Machina alone almost made me a fan.Sometimes I feel like Im the only one on the planet who played this amazingly fun game called Nex Machina...
Same. And after you beat the main story of 2 I don't think you couldn't like it more than 1. Anyway, idk what the purpose of that gif was. To show that Xeno1 is "cooler"?
Little too Nintendo and Japan heavy but good list nonetheless
Salty GT Sport got robbed by a Mario Kart rehash
I recommend reading my writeup on XC2 from my ballot, if you're interested: https://www.resetera.com/posts/3544657Maybe I should give Xenoblade 2 a shot? Anyone got any good advice for newcomers?
Lol same for meLooking over this list just makes me realize what a great year 2017 was for games and also how long my backlog is.
I gave it a shoutout with my first post in this thread!Sometimes I feel like Im the only one on the planet who played this amazingly fun game called Nex Machina...
22. [pc ps4] hellblade senuas sacrifice (action adventure) = 325
The general vibe I get is that most people that take the step and play it love it.
I've never done sidequests in an rpg before and here I am, 150h into this game after beating it and doing just that.
Pretty much the same thinking for me.Great year but Divinity definately got robbed when it came to overall rankings. Only thing really going against it is that not enough people played it.
