My giveaway gives me a red line through the option and I can't click to select the giveaway item.
Is there a guide for what the different restrictions mean? I checked the threadmarks and didn't see anything listed there.
Hope admins can fix it soon. The snipperclips giveaways is ending in two hours and I would really like to try my luck with it :(

Click on Giveaways and Create, it's the easiest way. Or move the mouse over them on PC.
Go to Giveaways on the side bar, Create a Giveaway and it'll tell you there.
Love all the updates that have been pushed out. Giftbot may be a little borked rn, but its improving rapidly.
Guess I logged on after it passed on previous days since I only saw it today. I think it's a good feature though, to encourage members to enter for only the prizes they really want. Maybe the cooldown period could be extended because as you said currently it's only just a minor inconvenience.
Guys please stop posting the same thing over and over and over, we all know it's borked atm. 😵
Hmm, I should be able to enter this. I'm not a Junior Member and I haven't won anything in a while (definitely not the past 24 hours).

Why can't i enter the Focus giveaway? the lines are scratched when i open click enter giveaway.
I won a code for Alien Isolation, but when I click on it, it says it was already redeemed. Anyone else have this problem?
a) Could be GiftBot error, there used to be a bug for a brief time where win messages were sent to multiple people.
b) Could be unintentional error from the creator, not knowing or remembering the code was used. It happens some times.
Either way, you're out of luck.
Nope, I gifted Grid 2 and two DLC codes earlier in this thread and all three keys worked.
By the way, I got those from HB for free so the expiration thing on their website is irrelevant.
Those keys are most likely region-locked so gift them if you have one that doesn't work for you ;)
Try contacting the giveaway host to see if the redemption code is correct? If it is, then it was probably an already redeemed code.

The issues preventing users from entering some giveaways should now be fixed -- thanks for your patience.
We've also updated how the captcha works. It should now only appear when a user has entered 2 giveaways within the past 12 hours.
