Rocket League coming to Xbox Game Pass (MS Store Ad)

Just saw this on the Store home page, assuming this was supposed to be announced on Inside Xbox tomorrow?

Edit: Also listed on the games web page as being included in Game Pass.

Seeing as Rocket League was being teased for Inside Xbox I guess this confirms that's the announcement. I'm a bit dissapointed as I was really hoping it was the X Enhanced patch releasing.

Huge? The game was free with PS Plus on day one. Admittedly it's grown to be massive since then, buy still.... :)

I wonder how this might change the active player base by platform. If Xbox One already has 35% of the active player base despite releasing a year later and never being free with Gold, Game Pass could seriously boost those numbers further.

I don't think so....That would be incredible though. Vemrintide is for sure, and obvs Horizon 4.

They are still a pretty small team. They have done a lot of work on the Switch version since launch(it was ported by another dev) and this summer has some huge updates where they overhaul the XP system, account system adding crossplay parties and rocket pass. I'm guess the enhanced patch needed to be put in the backburner till these are all done.
