I'm not sure there's much of a point in doing deals for accessories since the supply and production chain for them is going to be so limited. Very interested to see what they'll be doing for games.

a super slim PS4 at 7nm would clean up at $199 MSRP, but at best I see this as a two week slim sale for $199, probably $250 tho idk

Varies from region to region, but last year had PS Plus / PS Now discounted to $40, PS4s for $50 cheaper, some big PSVR bundle discounts and a big PSN sale.

They can drop the price of the Slim further, and entice 4K TV owners to grab a PS5 if they want 4K gaming.
