RUMOR: Klonoa movie’s plug pulled?

A while back, Henshin, the production company behind the Klonoa movie, revealed that there were lots of updates on their projects coming in Q4 2018.

Lining up with this, earlier this week Henshin's site deleted all the projects that are on there and now only has an "about" tab, possibly suggesting a site overhaul.
But then all this started happening.

I REALLY hope the plug hasn't been pulled but I can't seem to shake the feeling that isn't the case. Let's hope we get something soon.

There was a Klonoa movie in development?

This reminds me of the situation with the Sly Cooper movie, which dropped a teaser trailer and was silently cancelled after the Ratchet movie bombed.

Is it just me or are more studios dropping adaptations as films in favor TV series? Sly Cooper went silent years ago only to resurface recently as a TV show slated for next year. There has to be some fiscal imperative involved and I highly doubt it has to do with high confidence in the finished product.

This can only mean a new Klonoa game is coming and that the film will be rewritten to follow its plot, right?
