Looks like some of the music that is supposed to be in the sequel to LA Noire was uploaded automatically by YouTube. This wouldn't be the first time this has happened as the Youtube AI will create "Topic" accounts for things that are either coming out or previously released, and has leaked albums ahead of release time this way as well. A good way to differentiate these channels from normal ones is that the topic channels do not have a videos section. Just Home, Playlists, and About.

This was found by a user on reddit while listening to music.

As it stands now the channel that uploaded this has now been deleted quickly after being found out, before it was deleted the channel had also uploaded one of the theme from hill street blues. The video for the song above also played a small intro mentioning KTI Radio which was the main radio station in LA Noire.

Pretty sure game soundtracks don't get their own channel and this is just someone mimicking an auto generated youtube channel.

They really are in no rush for another GTA if true.

I still haven't played LA Noire. Feel like maybe I've left it too late.

Who is making it though?
Presumably Rockstar since the original developer folded years ago

Rockstar did not develop the original game

Rockstar LA Noire sequel leak proven fake amid GTA 6 rumors - Dexerto

Rockstar’s next project may have just been leaked by an accidental YouTube upload.

Within a few hours, Zac had done some digging into the leak to find out whether it was real or not – and came to the conclusion that it was entirely, "100% fake."

Firstly, he says, the Topic didn't have an 'About' tab – which all YouTube Topics do, usually with some information about whatever it contains. Then, he says, the word "Topic" was translated for users in other languages, something YouTube never does for Topics, instead providing the English for every user. His final point was that it used a song from the 1980's – something Rockstar never do, instead only releasing soundtracks of music they've produced or worked on.

That's be pretty wild if true. They did do a remaster, so the the IP isn't completely dead.
