That leak seems pretty legit except for SonicFox's main at the reveal event being Rain. That's the only loose end

Also the leaked picture has no customizations at all. That's why most of the characters look weird, you can compare Kabal and Sub's look here to the one from the latest Kombat Kast

Her hair is missing most likely because its gear and you can see in this old build gear like masks are missing from characters.

Sub-Zero, Kabal, Jade etc. for example are missing their masks.

Multiple people here, myself included, believes its because these are placeholders image without any gear. For example, Kabal doesn't have his mask here but he has it on the "official" roster.
