The news or the meltdown?
That's not true. It was only supposed to launch in NA in the Americas. That was the "USA, Canada and Mexico" disclaimer in the NoA page.It was supposed to only launch in North America to begin with, if I'm not wrong, so this might not necessarily be news.
Or the delay ofWhen can we expect the thread complaining about the delay of taking our money?
I would.
I'm pretty sure we alreadly got one the first time the delay hapened, lolWhen can we expect the thread from a concerned investor complaining about the delay of taking our money?
I don't really understand how they're gonna weather asking people to pay money for access to online after they've been conditioned to having it for free for a year and a half.
We can only hope. They have been better this gen.I dunno them delaying it due to the reaction to the phone apps seems like a safe bet.
Companies do this all the time, start low ramp up here. The winning formula.I don't really understand how they're gonna weather asking people to pay money for access to online after they've been conditioned to having it for free for a year and a half.
Hopefully. I don't want it to be like Netfilx.I feel so weird being bummed by this, I want my classic games.
Can we just get the Virtual Console seperate from that in Spring?
I have no intention of paying for their service in the current state. Maybe they know others feel that was as well.
Yeah we wouldn't be paying for it. We would be paying for more features instead.
I just hope it's worth it once it's all said and done, but with what they've implemented so far it seems so so so off the mark. You know, you're not wrong, but I much prefer the route they took of having a bulletproof core console and getting the online out the door late than a half-assed online that the system OS relied on heavily. At least what you get for now works, and works well.
I mean, Nintendo's VC has never been great and as far as we know they're only NES games.
Seriously. I'm good with free P2P play for my online games. They can take their time.
An online service in 2017/18 must have the following:
1. Voice Chat
2. Account Name
3. Friends list
4. Party Chat.
5. Native on console no smartphone application
Also I was hoping for a spring Smash announcement-Wii U port. I know several people who are waiting for Smash before they buy the console.
