It's letting me upload directly now. Just checking out super moves and the like- runs great! You also get the NeoGeo Pocket Color Samurai Shodown! 2 as a bonus, complete with selectable system skins, lol.

Here's a framerate test. So it looks like it occasionally dips to 50-55 FPS on average. Not too bad and again didn't affect anything from what I've played.
