Word. I love mint sauce.

Tapatio goes on every pizza; and for steak and fries, etc. I go with a blend of two parts dijon mustard, one part ketchup, and a good shake of worcestershire sauce.

I am a firm believer that if something is prepared right and seasoned right, no sauce should be needed.
Especially in the form of southwestern food (this does not count the magic elixir of New Mexican chile red and green sauces)
I will say that I am a sucker for H&P sauce on some things as well as a good remoulade
