Nope, just like Rise of the Tomb Raider (and Cities Skylines) it has a Windows 10 version. But those games are not Play Anyhwere, so they won't work with gamepass.

Always check the image links before posting. The ones quoted are all broken. Don't double up on the https and make sure to only use direct links to image files ending in the file name type.

Yes but game selection isn't great. Activate and download game pass games in the Windows Store.
They add about 10 games to the service every month so there should be something new to play each month even if you ignore the 150 odd games that are already in Game Pass. We should be fine!

Take a small whiskey/rocks glass and pour about 2-3oz of a decent (sipping quality) rum. Add some brown simple syrup (brown sugar dissolved over heat into water) to taste and squeeze 1/4 of a lime into it (toss it in after) stir and enjoy neat (preferably) or with a cube or two of ice.

Yes, but to be completely honest it is more fun in a group. (And even more fun in a group of friends)
it's possible but you literally have to sail a boat by yourself, carry everything yourself, fight against superior numbers at all times, etc...
it is a LOT harder and different to playing with friends.

You can find randoms. If you select a 4 player gallion you will be matched with 3 other people. Only if you select a 1 person sloop, you'll be alone.
the game has matchmaking before you load in so you can find a duo partner or a full crew for a galleon.
as far as I am aware, while you can meet other people and technically not immediately get killed by them, you can't actually join a crew you meet inside the game.
i'd be happy to be proven wrong though cause I feel that should really be possible.
You can't join their crew. You are able to send in-game friend requests so you can crew up later.

When you boot the game, you select your ship type, and playercount, your crew so to speak. From there the options are solo, matchmaking or friends.
So you can always play with someone if you want, or you can go solo. But the server will always have other players, in other crews.

I was slightly confused. It only works for new game pass customers. I thought it was for new cdkeys customers, but that was wrong. Sorry.
I got it working for PC. Game Pass is recently both. However, watch what I wrote above.
Game Pass for PC is pretty crippled though. Besides Sea of Thieves you get a whole 2 other ....barely interesting games, Gears of War 4 and Re:Core.
It would be silly to have 10 ship armadas. It wouldn't make sense. So you are in a crew with a max of 4 people. If you want to play with these people at a later time, you can add them to your friendlist. I don't see the problem tbh.
