Seriously though, part of me will find some cruel irony if he actually gets away with this one (but clearly no lessons have been learned if he is trying to pull this off yet again so soon after Nintendo jumped him.

Since it's a Playstation Vita this time, perhaps he believes Sony will be more willing to turn a blind eye to his antics.

Edit: On reflection, maybe it's better not to link to a site advertising a console full of pirated ROMS. Anyway: I found similar consoles in the usual places that go from $25-40/piece.

Not sure what that will say about Sony if they actually do turn a blind eye to this. If anything, the appropriate reaction by Sony would be the same that was taken by Nintendo, but I guess we'll see if Sony decides to do something or not.
