This is a thread about respectfully appreciating the men in gaming we find sexy. The idea is to express our love and liking for people, not to be creepy little shits. So please respect that.

To start, here are two gentlemen I find incredibly sexy-

Richard Leadbetter -



Richard is the technology editor at Digital Foundry. His deep knowledge and experience in videogame tech are only matched by his unabashed good looks. And his sophisticated accent complements his subtle yet lovable mannerisms - the quirky half-smirk when there's something that amuses him, the barely-contained schoolboy enthusiasm bubbling underneath the respectable exterior, what's not to like about this man?

Mark Cerny -



Cerny is the lead system architect of the PS4 and PS5, two consoles seemingly designed around the philosophy of replicating the rare splendor of Cerny himself. He has a knack for choosing his words well, and his quiet, measured tone is neither too fast nor too slow, always holding its level, just like the measured, unwavering power budget of the PS5. His stoic personality and confident delivery, paired with his deep passion for gaming, have found many fans worldwide. Besides, a man who knows what he's talking about is always sexy.

There's an anti-sexism thread about women here because women and female characters are routinely objectified in popular media. It's rooted in the deep history of patriarchy and misogyny, and it has been going on forever.

There's no such systemic issue when it comes to men. Which means it's much easier for most people to appreciate that a man who is sexy is also a human being. Appreciation can happen without objectification. Or creepy leering or harassment.

To be honest, you can appreciate women without objectifying them as well. But we haven't been doing that, unfortunately. Hence the differing discourse.

I'll be honest, here, friend. I don't appreciate this post. You are free to post people you find sexy. But to ridicule other people because you personally don't find them sexy is cruel and unwarranted. I believe you are better than that.

Sorry, I was being hyperbolic because I didn't know you were serious. What people find sexy is totally subjective so I didn't actually mean to act like your tastes were invalid.

You know what, I'm tired of all these derails.

Firstly, I think the beard looks absolutely smashing. And I remember watching a video of his, where he was checking out the metacritic rating of God of War as embargo ended. And seeing tears in his eyes, and emotion on his face really made me like the guy.

As for Cerny... I could listen to him talk all day, but he's otherwise way too intense lol.
