I've seen so much negativity surrounding this game from many posters on here, it's been surprising. At a time when there are so few single player games like this coming from third parties, surely we can all hope this turns out well both critically and commercially. Fingers crossed it's turned out alright.

I really liked TR 2013 and straight up loved Rise in a year that saw Bloodborne, Witcher 3 and MGSV get released. Great mix of puzzles, platforming and action. Loved, loved the bow and all the upgrades. Wish uncharted had borrowed the upgrade system and physics based puzzles from it. They did add the puzzles in lost legacy but there still wasnt any upgrade system which meant exploration was useless.

Dont know how this is going to turn out, especially since it switched hands mid development but I am confident in the formula.

I'm not one for predicting MC scores but I reckon this will do well based on the last two entries. I know everyone can be down on Rise sometimes but that game is sitting on an 88 MC... It's a very highly critically acclaimed game.

Previous Tomb Raider is 86 on Xbox One and 88 on Ps4, first reboot has more or less similar scores, if we are expecting better scores we are talking around 90 media or close and that would be awesome, I hope it's true!

It honestly looks better than the previous chapters, hopefully it is too because I loved the previous two, and another improvement to the formula could make this one of the strongest games in the entire genre.

My guess it will score quite a bit worse than Uncharted 4, but like the other Tomb Raider games be better than the Uncharted games in nearly every way. (IMO)
