It's looking good, I can't wait for this flawed masterpiece to come out. I do hope the voice acting is at least serviceable. Either way I would've been happy with a book, so to get this level of game for Shenmue III is still amazing to me.

Depending on your region, yes.
The Team Yu fan campaign compiled a tweet thread of the regions and stores you can pre-order Shenmue III at online.
Pre-orders will open widely a little later on in the year.
Is it just the angle or does his head look way too small?

It's the boat to Choubu. There had been theories flying around that the trip would be playable since Yu gave an interview in China at the end of last year, but this confirms it IMO.
My theory is it's going to be the demo, a la what's Shenmue; but that's just foolish optimism and unrealistic!
