The Computer Entertainment Developers Conference 2018 (CEDEC 2018) which is set to take place at the PACIFICO YOKOHAMA Conference center (Minatomirai, Nishi-Ku, Yokohama) in Japan between August 22 - August 24 has a keynote speech (entitled "From where should we make games? 10 years") by Nintendo's Representative Director and Fellow Shigeru Miyamoto.

Miyamoto will talk about the current state of game development while also looking back at the contents of his CEDEC 2008 keynote speech in which he talked about the development of Wii Music, ways of thinking about game production and universal design and more.

The keynote speech is scheduled for August 22, 09:45 〜 11:05 JST. Photography and the use of social networking services (Twitter, Facebook etc.) are permitted but currently disclosure of material (in form of a video etc.) is not planned.

Additionally, Nintendo has a session on Nintendo Switch UI/UX development: https://2018.cedec.cesa.or.jp/session/detail/s5abdde297aa0e

Searched but found no prior thread on this topic.

I'd be really fascinated to see that session on UI/UX. Nintendo has a very unique perspective on this, and the switch makes for a lot of unique experiences as well.
