To sum up the preceding 17 minutes Skillup:

Discusses the importance of context and how and why kingdom come relatively avoids the backlash older higher profile studios get for as consistently buggy that are less severe because they don't break a game like kingdom come.

He also mentions some stats like the dev team working on his for 8 years and he is one if the 3% to actually complete the game.

Lastly he throws in some information from television and music industry to get philosophical about everything he'll touch on.
