So, How much is gonna cost to build a PC with similar specs as Next Gen consoles?

This is really ballpark performance and price and does not include some stuff like tower and other accessories but...
700$ => RTX 2080 Super
300$ => Ryzen 7 3700X
250$ => PCIE 4.0 nvme SSD 1tb
200$ => compatible motherboard
80$ => 16GB ddr4 ram
120 => PSU
Total: 1,650$

Honestly it's a ton more expensive. Maybe $1200-$1500 or so to build something comparable to an XSX? Next-gen consoles will be a MUCH greater value.

To match the Xbox Series X, you need the latest generation Nvidia Titan Xp, as well as at least 64GB of RAM.

Rough estimate... probably around ~$800-1000 to match on-paper specs once zen3 CPUs and 3xxx GPUs are out. Less if you're gaming at <4k.

If you buy a 2080 and pair it with a bronze PSU you are being reckless.
Probably depends how you look at it. Usually plenty of ways to get free/much cheaper games on PC, not to mention you not only get access to the XSX library but the rest of the PC library as well.
Spec to spec about $1500 right now but the problem is because there's been no competition gpu prices are inflated, plus consoles have the benefit of extreme optimization due to being a closed ecosystem of one small set of hardware. So a 2080 or 2080ti will look real good now compared to consoles but not so good in 4 years while the console essentially "gets better"

I am guessing in just 2 year after the PS5/XBX release the mid tier 1080p60f graphic card kings will be running 4K easy at that same price or 50$ higher from current price band

Are you talking about next gen gaming at 1080p? Because that's a totally different story.
Right now? Probably triple the price of the consoles. In a year? Probably less than double. In 2 years? Probably the same or less than the console price. Mid way through the gen? Toaster.
Need to double the cost of that motherboard - only X570 supports PCIe gen 4.
I mean, if you really want to talk about cheaper games, then you have to talk about Game Pass, which is probably the greatest value in videogames right now. Console gaming is cheaper for the foreseeable future any way you slice it.

In terms of comparable spec to XSX, I think he's right. Whatever big NAVI 2X is closest to XSX's GPU and a 3700X will be at least $700 alone.

But I expect the 20xx series will drop in price significantly before they launch regardless as Ampere will be here, along with AMD's new GPUs and CPUs.
Just upgrade your GPU. The mid range cards will likely be matching or exceeding the new consoles.
Game pass is on PC. As is Origin Access Premier, as is Twitch Prime, as is Humble Monthly, as is Uplay+, as is EGS and it's free games every other week, as is the ability to buy brand new games for like 20+% off from various competing digital retailers.
Essentially this for a RDNA2 GPU.

You way too early and it's way too early to tell. Consoles aren't even out yet nor do we have real world performance. Don't trouble yourself with all the research now, do it when time comes.
We really gotta wait and see. With RTX 3XXX series cards and Ryzen 4th Gen likely to be out by the time these consoles hit shelves which will likely bring the number much closer between the two for a year or two.
If we're going based off of right now specs and basing off of nothing but paper alone we're looking at around $1,000 - $1,300 if your system is budgeted well. But as with each gen of new PC hardware, the value of the previous gen stuff drops SIGNIFICANTLY.

Game Pass on PC isn't anywhere near as robust as Game Pass on Xbox. Sorry, but arguing that gaming on PC right now is somehow less expensive than gaming on console is a losing argument.
This is a question that's easier to answer if you outline resolution+framerate targets and when you want to buy the parts you need to hit those targets.
You're going to get different answers depending on that and that's part of why it's not really something worth looking into so soon.

it's not a great time to build a PC right now, better waiting till the newer CPU's and GPU's come out this year, unless you really need to.
The cheapest eight-core Zen 2 CPU I can find using PCPartPicker right now is $400 CDN. So I'm going to say it'll be pretty damn expensive.
Consoles don't have super cheap game bundles and free games constantly rolling in. Game Pass is great, but at the end of the day you have nothing. Money spent but no game library of your own.
Take the latest Humble Capcom bundle. Nothing on consoles will ever compete with that level of value. And not only are the games yours, but you can trade/sell duplicates.
