Yeah, they definitely seem to have successfully melded their shooting with the modern mobile platform. But...none of that stuff has come over here, unfortunately.
It's a service game, so they'd need to partner with a publisher in order to run an English version.
The same is true of putting their games on Switch or wherever else--they're entirely willing to license them to other people to publish/port, it's just that nobody's biting aside from M2.
