My Halo 5 theory that Chief is gonna be on a quest to find all the missing parts of Cortana is coming true :D

If I've done this right (fingers crossed 😬), converting XYZ coordinates to standard LLh coordinates (using this), and assuming it's Earth: It's basically pointing close to the north pole and then down toward the center of the earth. The final destination being about 14 kilometers shy of the center of the Earth.

Man I love Cortana. I'd much rather have her back in Chief's head than in actual form though. I even liked "evil" Cortana. Evil is a matter of perspective. I always saw her like an inverse Neo/Matrix. Only the humans/other species are the equivalent of Mateix machines and Cortana's breaking free. Not the first time in Sci-Fi obviously. Ex Machina, I Robot, Westworld, etc etc.
I hope infinite's gameplay is more aligned with older generations of Halo vs. 4/5. Halo 4 was hot garbage, but 5 was fine (speaking specfically about MP).
Deep down I just want a game and its multiplayer component to engage me like Halo did with 2 and 3. Those were some of the best times of my life as far as online play was concerned.

Don't know. Not much to go on and can only guess. Whatever Cortana seems to have found, it might be at the center of the earth...? Maybe there's some forerunner shit down there. Or I could be down the wrong rabbit hole entirely.
While I definitely agree that Halo 5's marketing sold us a game that we didn't really get I feel like that might be a by-product of the rumor that they changed the villain of Halo 5 during the last year of development.
It's claimed that Halsey, not Cortana, was originally meant to set off the events of Halo 5. Halsey feels a similar mother-like role as Cortana to not only John (Master Chief) but also the other Spartan-II's. It's claimed that it was changed because the fanbase/community wasn't a fan of how 343i had been treating Cortana in extended media (i.e making her out to be some kind of villain). It could have been that in the original plot for Halo 5 that Master Chief's status was a lot more iffy.
Though, its only a rumor. Though I would have liked to see that version over bringing Cortana back from the dead and turning her into a villain. Halsey has always operated in this grey area where she does what she thinks is right for the future of mankind while ignoring the morality of it all.
Anyone remember that audio drama they made for the lead-up to Halo 5? That shit was super cool...even though the actual game didn't have anything to do with any of it.

I despise how halo has gone but with that said, since it's already crap, might as well end with some good old romance happy ending Chief and Cortana bang in RL.
Hunt The Truth made my journeys to work a delight. It was some good shit for a Halo fan like me. I really want them to do more.
I never looked at Cortana as evil per se. I felt she was misguided in a tragic villain sort of way. She thinks she is helping.
They still have to deal with evil Cortana and I couldn't be less excited about that. The campaign structure will probably be different enough and fun though.

Actions speak louder than words and its hard to deny her actions aren't evil in outcome. Like the saying goes "The road to hell is paved with good intentions."

I Love Bees was entrancing. Really felt like it captured a huge portion of attention on the internet back in the day. What a fun thing to witness come together.
It's still a direct follow up to the plot of Halo 5. A lot of sequels are written to be jumping in points.

Chief and Cortana are an inseperable duo. Having Cortana constantly talk to you while you play the campaign is so engaging and fun.
The marketing for that game confuses me, did the folks doing the trailer just want to make something cool with Locke hunting down chief, or was the story more like that during earlier development? who knows i guess, except 343.
...not sure if controversial, but I loved ilovebees more than halo 2.
On a bigger screen, you can clearly read "Local Ref Zeta" on the screen with the coordinates above, which leads me to assume that this is just the relative position of the Pelican to the Zeta Halo Ring. Don't know if the coordinates actually have a deeper meaning, but going through several combinations and taking into account what VorpalNonsense has posted above, I don't see anything that could reference something that is related to Halo. You either land in the Arctic Ocean or you land close to the Gulf of Guinea, if you don't transform the coordinates and just input them as they are. Playing arround with the decimal values also doesn't do anything special.
I also played arround with the audio file, including checking the meta data and didn't find anything interesting there, but maybe others want to take a look:
