Or getting a new tattoo.
If this releases before the end of the year, I will tattoo Neil's face on my ass. That's not gonna happen.

Rush? What do you mean rush? They were working on it before being transferred on Uncharted 4, but then that game released in May 2016. If you consider that ND managed to ship UC4 in about 2 year after bringing Neil and Bruce on the project officially in March or June 2014, a 2019 release for TLOU pt 2 is not that farfetched. Also, it has been almost 3 years since and will be almost 4 years if we count the work they must have put on it before the changes in the projects.I really don't care about the release date. Just don't rush the game.
Made a thread on the big rumors about Gran Turismo 7 being a launch title for the PS5

Comes from this Pastebin leak which was posted in December of last year. Everything here lines up with the specs Cerny detailed today + some more rumored stuff like extra tier of PS Plus.

Obviously it's nothing set in stone or anything but it's interesting to take a look with what we know now. I wouldn't put it past Polyphony to get GT7 out for the PS5, especially since they've been demoing their ray-tracing tech recently.
I do think the whole remaster thing does put some doubt on this leak though considering the PS5 will be backwards compat with the PS4.
I hope Neil doesn't see that post. That would not motivate me if I was making a game lmao.
I think the juggernaut The Last of Us doesn't care about these games, especially Control with an August release date, Cuphead and Gears not being on PS4The latter part of 2019 is already crowded as hell for me. Control, Doom, Cuphead DLC, Fallen Order, Gears 5, Outer Worlds.. I'll take Q1 2020.
Eh yeah, no doubt. I was merely talking about myself :-)I think the juggernaut The Last of Us doesn't care about these games, especially Control with an August release date, Cuphead and Gears not being on PS4
I agree, unless it's launching near Cyberpunk. Then again, CDPR probably doesn't want to launch Cyberpunk near TLOU2 either.TLOU2 is the type of game that want to avoid if you're making an AAA game. It's going to dominate the conversation whenever it comes out.
The Last of Us Part II absolutely can stand its ground regardless of when it releases. 17 million is a really good sales number and the game is massively hyped by millionsI agree, unless it's launching near Cyberpunk. Then again, CDPR probably doesn't want to launch Cyberpunk near TLOU2 either.
It can stand its ground but it won't be dominating the conversation if another huge AAA game launches at the same time, that's what I'm saying. Both of those titles should have their own moments. The Last of Us Part II absolutely can stand its ground regardless of when it releases. 17 million is a really good sales number and the game is massively hyped by millions
I dont get how a AAA game gets made in less than 2.5 years. Especially one as big as this one. I cant fathom how? I would be glad if its 2019 but I also worry about the quality if thats the case.
Amazon has been shit for almost every ps exclusive for awhile. It's why I went thru GameStopIs it common for collectors editions of games like Days Gone to not ship until the day the game is released? You can have the regular version of the game show up to your door on the 26th but all the retailers I've seen that sell the collectors edition say that it doesn't ship until April 26th. It's out of stock at Amazon yet again and I wonder what's up with that. Are they so much more popular that it's selling like hotcakes and they can't keep up or are they limiting their own stock of the collectors edition? It seems to be available to order from all the other large retailers.
Highly doubt itCyberpunk 2077 is the one game that can match, and exceed TLOU Part II sales/reviews if it releases fall 2019.
I can't. I seriously can't. Evidence keeps piling up and I can't handle the idea that it's this year. Too many emotions!
We are looking for a highly talented, motivated and creative Lead Environment Artist to work on an unannounced AAA project at Sony San Diego. In this role, you will define workflows & process and help build an internal Environment pipeline. You will assist with staffing, scheduling and budgeting of Environment Assets.
I posted about this one last week. Neil Druckmann's brother was also posting about it on his LinkedIn.
The game if from Naughty Dog, the studio is a visual arts studio.
Upcoming triple-A game in 2019? Hmmmm. I'm thinking it's one of the big three but if it's unannounced what the hell is Sony waiting for and why aren't they at E3?
The thing is Sony operates differently than a lot of publishers lately, by announcing big titles at least two years in advance.... however, they did reveal projects at State of Play that were closer to release, so who knows. The biggest publishers announce and release AAA games within 6 months of each other every year, there's no reason why Sony can't do it here, and a state of play accomplishes everything an E3 press event would, but perfectly presented the way they want and at a fraction of the cost.
The latter part of 2019 is already crowded as hell for me. Control, Doom, Cuphead DLC, Fallen Order, Gears 5, Outer Worlds.. I'll take Q1 2020.
5 games I'll be playing for sure? I'll take it. It's not like last year was much better. Again, I personally don't feel like I need TLOU2 this year, but it's just me.Cool that it's crowded as hell for you, but that's pretty damn weak for the second half of a year. We need more big hitters in 2019 for sure.
