The lack of PS1 Classics announcement was a let down.

Also worst E3 ever. Games are top notch though.

E3 2018 is meh, year 2019 with games is the best.

Yeah. This E3 was a let down for me. No Wild, No Bluepoint game, no RAD game and many others even shenmue 3, FF7 and Lost Soul Aside. Wushu exlcusive? Indies? VR Games?

I think Sony is now prioritizing PGW and PSX much more than E3.

I really liked this years E3. Not as good as 2016, but still better than last years and even 2015's year of dreams.

The only thing I was disappointed in was the lack of "one last thing".

Nioh 2 was a nice surprise.

Liked pretty much everything that was shown very, very much but I'm pretty let down by the lack of any type of dates. Even years would have been okay.

Presentation was very neat but I think they could have tightened it up more. Cutting to Sid at a desk after the mind fuck of TLOU2 was real weird.

Yeah I think so too. More so cause it's practically their own shows right? Like I don't think Xbox has a presence during PGW unless I'm wrong.

TLOU2 gameplay looked vastly improved from the original. GOT and Spidey Gameplay looked awesome as well. Death Stranding....my head still hurts. lol

hype as fuck to play these games.

but Sony needs to fire the people in charge of their presentation.

Yeah, either Sony is saving those games for the later conferences or they're now in cruise control in preparation for the PS5.

I mean all their shit was quality. They just didn't have enough to show to appease some people. And I totally get it.

That's what it really matters in the end.

Anyway, Shawn Layden is the problem. He tried to do something different last year and this year too, but he doesn't learn what people really want.

Yup, somehow they didn't learn the gimmick thing for live people when the vast majority are watching on a stream is stupid.
Without that dumb "intermission" that had the content to be another GOAT conference, so many of the gameplay/trailers were 10s, even with a relatively small number of games (could have even squeezed in two more third party multi reveals in those minutes).

An opening music number is fine though!

Judging by every E3 conference we've seen so far this year, it's probably the latter. I think a lot of folks around here have been somewhat in denial about how close we are to next gen.

Only nerds on here (including myself in that) give a shit about the presentation aspect of the thing after 48 hours. This was several times better than last year for me personally.

The E3 was presented in a really terrible manner.

but the content out of it was incredible.

TLoU 2 looks superb.

Ghost of Tsushima looks 100 times better than I expected.

Death Stranding looks .. like something I suppose.

TLoU II will be GOTY whenever it comes out. I'm certain of that. That demo was outstanding.

I'm with folks on the conference itself. So weird how they moved people from one venue to the other and had a weird lull there. But all the games themselves were phenomenal. So hyped!

the stinkiest of diapers
the most rotten of cheeses
the nastiest of boogers

the gameplay segments were great, lgbt recognition in tloupt2 was great, more asian representation across games was great too, death stranding is best delivery guy simulator, format was doody
i dont want to see sid shuman transitions ever again

I have no problem with the music, just that dumb intermission.
