Fwiw in the Q&A section they have attributed a profit reduction to the development cost of live services that they are releasing, so it sounds like they do intend to release Factions this fiscal to me as I doubt something like Helldivers would make much of a blip to say that.

Not announce it specifically but maybe say we are launching multiple major titles including Spider-Man 2 this year. Sounds like Spidey 2 is it.
