Not much to go on and I'm not certain if XtraLife is reliable, but it adds more evidence to it happening!

Would be hot on that platform for sure. No reason for Activision to keep it exclusive to Playstation.

Not sure what the deal with the release was. Likely timed exvlusive as I cant see anyone tying remastered games to a single system forever more.

They do have a cover art. Usually retailers can have mistakes like wrong platform or something, but they rarely sell stuff based on fakes/photoshops.
