Probably still Vivendi? They'll probably have to sign a new licensing contract to use the IP, but I think they still have the rights to the product itself.

EA still has The Simpsons video game rights and they've been traditionally slow to embrace remasters but with Burnout seeming to be a success I'm hoping they take notice

Nah its actually pretty good licensed game for once. Not as good as Hit and Run but really well made for Spongebob licensed.
