Well, yes but that version will still be hobbled by the game being designed for PS4. There's only so many bells and whistles you can get from a low baseline.
I am willing to bet 5 bucks a "True 4K Complete Edition" will hit with the first next-gen console that launches.

For games that released in march, I preordered Sekiro at 40€ (!!!) and DMC 5 at 45€.
Given that we'll most likely officialy know the release date later today, yes there's high chance that it's right. Amazon already leaked art for the game. From time to time they can fuck up like that.

Fire emblem, wolfenstein and borderlands 3 all release in those months.
If you only focus on upper tier AAA then sure. Otherwise there is tons of great stuff coming out like Judgment, Shenmue 3, The Outer Worlds, Control, Wolfenstein and so on.
Borderlands 3 is out September.
That'll tide me over till this. I can't wait for what ever this is.
