Let them have this one shred of happiness in their weary and horrible lives.
Why?
Why?
She's alive last I checked and I'd imagine she might just possibly have an interest in the Jedi who took down Vader and the Emperor(as far as the public probably knows.)
tbh the way she is thrust into the series actually is really dumb but she becomes a great character over a series of multiple of hardships. I can excuse her being such a pivotal character to almost every main character and never being mentioned by them just because I think she is that good.Ahsoka is great. I really wish I'd heeded friends' advice and gotten started with The Clone Wars while it was still producing seasons. I felt kind of meh because I'd wanted a live action show for so long and at first I wasn't feeling the CG style. Fell into the trap of saying things like, "This is just for kids." Which in hindsight I realize was silly since ultimately isn't all Star Wars for kids to some extent anyway?
I've learned the error of my ways. Ironically, the guy who spearheaded all the CG stuff I avoided for so long is now helping out big-time for the first live action show. So I can have my cake and eat it too, I guess.

Yeah I'm just gonna say this was never gonna be true simply because I imagine they're gonna want spin-offs in this era and the series is 50% Jedi.it seeming obvious that there should be no other Jedi alive during the OT.
I don't disagree with you at all......... but I still like her.Ahsoka screams fan fiction
The apprentice of Anakin Skywalker that was never seen or mentioned in the prequels, she's too good for the Jedi Order so she leaves, she's killed only no she wasn't killed she was actually pulled into another dimension that exists outside of time, and she survives past ROTJ now looking like Gandalf the White despite it seeming obvious that there should be no other Jedi alive during the OT.
She's a pet character.
And so is Captain Rex
I'm still waiting for that Ahsoka show that has her looking for Ezra.
I understand, unfortunately I just can't get over how fanficy her character is and I hope she didn't exist.I don't disagree with you at all......... but I still like her.
WHAT DID THE MASTURBATING NAZI CHILD HEARSaw Ruin Johnson's Knives Out and the theater was packed. He can't keep getting away with it, isn't he aware he's a director of FLOPS?
Yo when did you become a mod? Tag is killing me lolAhsoka is great. I really wish I'd heeded friends' advice and gotten started with The Clone Wars while it was still producing seasons. Wonder if the deleted flashback scene will ever be restoredThe craziest shit in TLJ is that revelation that this little lady:
Saw Ruin Johnson's Knives Out and the theater was packed. He can't keep getting away with it, isn't he aware he's a director of FLOPS?
Welcome Lord Quinton, we have been expecting youHaha, just today! I consider it extremely good fortune that I was able to create this tag immediately after losing that bet. 😂
How long do you have that avatar for?Haha, just today! I consider it extremely good fortune that I was able to create this tag immediately after losing that bet. 😂
Such a good movie. Seriously deserves the bank it's been making.
There are worse people to be.Until the next Nintendo Direct! Whenever that is. Hopefully soon. :P But it's like you said yesterday -- I've gotta own up to it. I believe in the BOTW 2 news dream. I fought. I lost.
...
Now I'm Geoff Keighley.
Got Battlefront 2 Celebration Edition and I'm enjoying it so far.
Even if I'm not very good yet.

I had actually wanted to add that I'm totally OK with Rey. I can understand not liking her getting things handed down, like the Millennium Falcon, but I think it all works, especially that the lightsaber calls to her as she appears to be the new "chosen one" chosen by the Force. I don't think it's been suggested that she has more potential than Luke. And it makes sense if Ben has an interest in her, since she's the only person he knows that's at least kind of like him. Nothing about it feels anywhere near as contrived or fanficy to me as Ahsoka. Rey fits into this story naturally, she is filling in for the void left by Luke who cut himself off from the Force.I can understand this sentiment. I see Rey in the same way almost. Inherits Anakin's lightsaber, the Millenium Falcon, the Skywalker heir is like in love with her, she's the future of the Jedi Order, the last Jedi, super badass, bigger potential than Luke etc.
And I don't disagree with what you said about Ahsoka. But she's really compelling to me as a character so I pretty much forgive all of it.
That new footage is so good!
Quite the opposite, I think. Johnson left the door wide open. They could have told any story they wanted... and they made it about Palpatine.
It just seems to me like a frustrating lack of imagination. I wish they would trust these new characters enough to let them own the screen and have their story.
Was it ever stated why The Clone Wars show was the only piece of spin-off media to survive the Disney purge?
I'm just curious.
Ah wasn't aware he was that involved. Cool to know.Because it was the only part of non-movie Star Wars that Lucas was seriously involved with. Other things may have had his characters in them, but were never considered his works live the movies and TCW. In fact, he'd willing change established canon with TCW too, such as bring Eeth Koth back from the dead and killing Even Piell early, who at that point was established in EU books as surviving well past Order 66.
Yup even back then The Clone Wars was officially ranked the same level of canon as the movies, rather than being EU level.
Boba is actually really sentimental about that armor.Oh wow we finally have a mod chillin with us (congrats Quentin)
Alright so, boba Fett wasn't a real Mandalorian right? That's why he still wears the same damn armor with no upgrades in ROTJ? ;) Jabba didn't pay Boba confirmed what a cheapskate
Not from a prequelI chuckled at the Falcon being chased by TIE Fighters in a narrow corridor at 0:46. Isn't that scene in very fucking episode?
Academy Award nominee editor Maryann Brandon talks to Megan McLachlan about The Rise of Skywalker's production challenges and what it was like coming back to the franchise following Carrie Fisher's death.
George Lucas was heavily involved in it and funded much of it with his own money. I imagine keeping it in-canon was part of the deal when he signed over the franchise to Disney. Was it ever stated why The Clone Wars show was the only piece of spin-off media to survive the Disney purge?
I'm just curious.
