Starting in June 2018, when do we get to see the fruitions of Shuntaro Furukawa from Nintendo?

Does it immediately starts with Switch Online? Or do we still hold Kimishima responsible?

For game development, do we wait until close to October to see approval for planned games? Or we wait until 2 years later to see the would-be-released games under Furukawa?

You're thinking way too short term. Some of the stuff we see now probably even has IWATA'S fingerprints on them. We likely won't be able to tell how he's steering the ship for quite some time.
